FABRIC INSPECTION
Proactive approach to quality assurance begins with inspection of raw materials.
We are committed to deliver high standard quality products by conducting 100% inspection of fabrics inhoused for production.
PRINTING

We have installed 3 automatic screen printing machine that facilitates a production capacity of 20000 pieces/day. Offering a wide range of panel print options specializing in glitter print, foil print etc.,
EMBROIDERY
Expression in thrtead and sequence never goes out of fashion.
To enable to produce intricate designs, we have inhoused 4 automatic computerized embroidery machines making designs upto 12 colours with a production capacity of 4000 Pieces/day.
CUTTING
Adapting to upgraded technology, our facility has automatic spreading machine and computerized lay cutting machine offering a cutting capacity of 35000 pieces/day.
STITCHING
"A Sitich in time saves nine"
Stitching requires high degree of dexterity. To enable it. BBE has installed stste of art fully automated hanger production system from INA. It facilitates to streamline production, reduce labour and achieve high quality products.
CHECKING
Checking is to trim all extra threads and also checks for stains and holes. All garments are 100% checked before packing. In the checking section the pieces are properly checked by efficient people.
IRONING
To achieve high stsndard of quality, all products are checked by meticulously trained checkers. Automated ironing lines work in tandem to ensure smooth ironing of products.
FINISHING
To comply with high quality delivery standards all finished products are passed through Metal detection machine to ensure 100% metal free products.
Packing is done meticulously to comply safe dispatch and delivery.
