Production and Quality Control

We adopt a proactive approach to quality assurance. Our quality control begins before goods are in actual bulk production. During production, every product we source is inspected for adherence to customer specification and delivery schedule. Protecting confidentiality, we respect and strictly guard each of our customer's designs.

Quality Standard :

• Adapting appropriate techniques, technology and internationally accredited quality management systems by understanding the changing requirement of the market and the customer.
• Training and motivating all our members to work together as a team and produce results.
• To demonstrste its ability to consistently provide products that meets customer and applicable requlatory requirement.
• Enhance customer satisfaction including processes for continualimprovement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicabler requlatory requirements.

AQL Standards :

A systematic in-house testing facility is equipped with standard tools and application software and manner by a team of qualified personnel. Standards compliance include AQL 2.5 for the entire finishing process. All products are further tested according to customers specifications.

In-House Laboratory :

We have a well equipped inhouse lab testing facility to ensure all basic quality parameters are met during production.
